If we had not made the biggest decision to move to a new employer, we would not be happy now. Thank you Lord for the guidance and blessings. My husband’s current employer is very good that most of the employees are staying for more than 5 years. In a few months that my husband is there, we already seen a lot of differences. That includes team work among them. I also have read a few benefits and offers for each new employee including a package and discounts to avail a private life insurance. For sure they know about key man insurance. If not of the guts that I submitted his CV first, he would not have move out from his previous employer that took no notice of his 9 years of service.
