Fashion schools

One of the programs I love watching during my free time on TV is fashion and modelling. I love the America’s Next Top Model and “what not to wear!” At least with it I am learning something. I adore people who know about fashion. Of course, if given a chance I will go and study about it. Now that my daughter is becoming a big girl, I am sure she will not require full attention from Mommy so I can go and do things that I wanted to do.

Fashion for women/men is fun. Others are dedicated with their fashion careers because I know that they benefit from it. I am sure I can quickly find fashion schools around or in the internet. There will be more opportunities for me to work then, if not on a medical field then for sure there are lots of fashion jobs available.

I am still growing. It’s not too late for me to achieve these things. Fingers cross I will be able to meet up my dreams in life.

His car,bow!

I didn't find time to post photos of Shady's car here.He said he like the car because it can accomodate his future children,huh! Even before I saw it he already made his mind.I got nothing to worry because I know he knows what he wants.He once said that he doesn't like a used one because he wants to peel off the stickers of what would be his first car.But the price is impossible to reach so he has to stay within the budget range.

Anyway,the car is only 2 years old and was well mantained by it's owner.I can see it from inside-out.Here look...

I love cooking

I get used to cooking since I studied college.I studied on basic recipes and now I am looking forward to getting more knowledge with international cuisine because of my husband.I heard of culinary schools and I constantly watch cooking shows on TV.I just hope that maybe one day I will enroll to a culinary school nearby or find them online at www.culinary-school-finder.com.There I can search by categories,by areas or anything well-known to be the chef school.

I just love cooking and I know I will be a professional someday. Just look at this yummy food, it made me drool.

Help with skin problems

My husband always tells me not to pinch my pimples as it leads to scars that can't be treated. I have acne all round my cheeks and I hate seeing them. I have done some facial treatment way back home but once I arrived here, the situation changed. My face maybe has been used to be cared professionaly.Then a friend mentioned about having an appointment with a dermatologist. I guess I should have mine treated too.

A break for 2 days

Because of the problem we have with our network provider, both the TV and the internet was out of service. As we are used to have TV and the internet as daily routine,our day was very boring today. I ended up tuning to FM station and be listening to children's music for 5 hours...

We are moving off from here this Sunday but I am not yet packed.I don't need to hurry because we're just 30 minutes drive to the new place.I am glad that we have a secure parking there,the property is gated with CCTV cameras around.Whew, we feel like we're just temporary residents for a day regardless of our what would be a year/ years contract.Anyway, we will see if the decision will be perfect.

A great meeting to be

I went out to meet my sister in law and her son at the city so that from there I can envite them here.Unfortunately,it was raining and late.I guess it wasn't our day to entertain them here.

Of course I am excited because aside from being her sister in law,she's a Filipina too.I may have a different perception at first but she's difinitely nice.Our sister in law could have problem with her no wonder she has said negative things about her.That's the reason why I am in doubt living with her.I guess we have to try,then from there we decide.Indeed,she's a type that you just have to say yes or be in complete side of her or else,huh.

Wonder Pets

Mengmeng,Tak & Leny...the Wonder Pets.That's the new program that interests Shiela now.They made her dance while watching,that amazed me too.The program runs daily every 02:45PM(Irish time)on Nick Junior.The team is composed of a guinea pig,a little duck and a little turtle which is animated to attract not only the little audiences but adults like me.

When my friend Jane was here, she was astounded by the program too.The cuteness of the accents of the kids who do the dubbing is really marvelous.Anyway, I guess all kids do that especially if they're on a learning stage.Wonder pets are super heroes that save animals in trouble.A great program to watch for your kids.

Garden/Landscape designs

The most exciting part of a garden is the design. We can do all that but we require knowledge on how to design it the way we want it, unless you are much creative. But with regards to commercial establishments with garden that add attraction to its customers like hotels and restaurants I know expert’s hands have collaborated with it.

We went for a party in a hotel where my husband is employed. I can say it’s their beautiful garden that invites guests to carry out their activities. This coming spring and summer I am very sure that again my husband will be working 7 days a week; the hotel will be absolutely busy. Can you see their point of maintaining the garden? Immigrate?

The other side of Dublin is not familiar to us especially that we have been living just close to the city,and we are thinking of moving there,is it immigrating already? We aren't used to the environment,so I guess!

What's good in their is the cost of living.Rents are cheap and houses are brand new. It is where you can see tremendous new developments,buildings and hotels. A huge space I can say.But it's far from Shady's job site and so as with SIL.Oh huh,that could save us up to halves of our rents here.I wish we can then find one and that we won't find it difficult to adjust.

Not fond of

I don't spend time reading books.I have them here mostly bible because as Christian,my husband should have them around.He got one given by his church and we got ours on our wedding day.The Filipina I said who was here a month ago sharing some bibles lines and phrases with us had stopped visiting.I don't know if she is home on America already or just here keeping herself busy.

But that's one what I am referring to.Bible has always been sacred to me,as we taught not to open without a blessing or if we're not serious.I am referring to other books I got from the bookshop that I thought I can spare even a minute.A got a book about html but until now,I am not done the first 5 pages.Not fond of reading lines really.Books make me sleepy.

Backgammon now in Bulgarian

I don't have a clue of what backgammon is until I read the backgammon rules on the famous game website, Backgammon Masters. There are many different types of game that I learned thru my friends back home. Influences from them made me become an “expert” with regards to tricks when we’re playing cards. We played cards in so many different ways including “tong-its”, “41” and blackjack. I remember playing blackjack when I was living with my Aunt. I don’ have the opportunity to go out in the night after 7pm that’s why I sneaked, hello? I was 23 that time and don’t have freedom. My friends made me feel at home. My Mother because is a player too.

Today as I got no access to the cards anymore because my husband is not into it, I pampered myself by playing online. There isn’t difference with playing with friends because I still managed to interact with fellow players from different countries. We really have fun last night.Shady put his sun glasses in his back pack when Shiela was playing with it.She found that glasses interesting maybe so she decided to take it out.It was then that I decided to wear it to her and it looked really good.Here are the photos;




I am glad,at least she hasn't Mama's nose that no glass will fit in,it will slide in no time.Whew...pislat!She's ready for summer,hikhik.

Black Friday shopping

Shopping for discounted products and bargains is always been helpful especially for a big family or low earners. Craze every after Thanksgiving or Christmas was only known to me this year as I am new in this country. Back home the time for heavy shopping is on the Christmas Eve because most of the shops and merchants sell goods at lowest rate possible for up to 70% off of the original price. Since it is cold here, during the after Christmas sale I was only at home with my daughter. I knew that people were out as early as 5am to queue. Really unbelievable!

I would have loved to be on that day but my situation doesn’t permit. Good enough, I learned from Black Friday’s website that there are products from merchants offering cyber monday. That means during that time, I can get products I want at a cheaper price. How’s that? One of the merchants that is offering cyber monday is Walmart. They sell variety of products. I have seen a GPS there for a great value and amazing Dell laptops, really affordable.

Black Friday is on its way. By that time I guess you don’t have to worry because that doesn’t mean that you have to go out to shop. Chubbyness

Well,you've seen it and you don't need to judge because I am honestly chubby! My husband's Auntie proved it from the pictures she saw that were sent by my SIL.I dont know which photos are those,it doesn't matter now.

Shady depended in the first place that his wife isn't fat,it's the picture and that when they see me they will see the difference.Years will come I guess that's impossible.She's in America!

I just hope we have a big storage for all these.We got them because anytime when we got visitors like SIL and Jane,they will have comfortable beds when they decided to sleepover.That always happen.

Terminix

Reasons of a house being destroyed don't only focus on fire and age but also with the natural destroyers, pests and termites. Until now I still find it hard to save much money for repairs for our house back home. It badly needs renovations as termites destroyed the braces up to the jams of the roof. We are very devastated because it was not up to a year that the house was built and termites started to eat the woods. No wonder other people would prefer metals and cements for their houses, but I guess as soon as there is a single piece of wood attached to it, the termites aren't far off.

Thanks to the pest companies like Terminix. Pest control helps and plays a big rule in stopping pests and termites, at least. If we are aware of the signs at the first attack then that would be better. Early intervention does matter a lot.

If I can make chocolates and sell them,then I will be the number one customer.Addicted to it not recently but since I was young.The good thing of not having money in the pocket is the inability to buy junks and foods that are unhealthy.Cooking and preparing your own fresh food can not be compared to any delicious rubbish around.

When I came here,I got the resources but it's my husband that forbids me of not taking too much of sweets and fizzy drinks.I love chocolate that's why when he's not around I also sneak.At this moment a box of Cadburry is beside,he allows me to eat for some time in fact this is one of his presents on Mother's day.Sweet as you can imagine,yay!

Home theater

We recently got speakers for our LCD TV, that’s because my husband has trouble hearing out the sounds when watching movies. When tuning to other channels the sound doesn’t come out great too. How I wish we can get a home entertainment package. Due to the lack of resources, I bet we have to set that plan aside. When the right time comes maybe?

New passport requirements

But I got an email from the Pilipinas Teleserve that all applicants are required to present themselves for the new machine readable pins or something?I guess if I can not go home this year,I would rather go to London then? That's another visa requirement and the re-entry visa fees to go back to Ireland.Whoaa,too many things playing on my mind now.I don't know if i can save money for this issue.

A job well done!

My SIL was here for some hair relaxing.She used to do it in the african salon but this time was with my help.I was a bit skeptical at first because I can feel the pain when detangling just like how Shiela is pulling my hair.I cried sometimes when she does to me.

Though I found it ver difficult at first,it turned out to be a job well done.Now she's out without wearinng extensions and wigs.Well,she shouldn't wear any because her hair doesn't need to be hidden.With the help of those chemicals she got from the African shop design for her hair type everthing went successfully.She save €20-35 by doing so.A good one!

This is to tell you that I only know of the most basic and simplest English.I honestly don't refer to a Mr Websters and I dont have one when I was once a student.I cant afford for it and so are my parents.At least today I learnt a lesson that by studying hard you will earn knowlegde that no one can take it off you!

Below are the videos from our weekend getaway.It was only for a night,yes just one night but it has been my word of mouth,what a shame really.But anyway, I was very happy.At least we go out the house and enjoyed a luxury living even for a day.We arrived their at around 5pm.With the dizziness we felt,we decided to dunk ourselves in a warm water in a tub.All of us of course.The tub was big enough for a family to enjoy.It feels like a pool.

We spent time chasing Shiela and stopping her to fix something like her shoes is a problem.Just like this photo below.I have been noticing that when Shiela wants something,she should get it or else she will throw herself.Lucky that she doesn't hurt herself intently.

Right now,she wants independence.I can really see the difference between a baby
and a toddler.We are close to the "terrible twos" stage.I am afraid our tantrums collide,huh!

How's your mortgage?

Mortgage is the only possible way for ordinary people like us to get the house we dream of. People have houses because of mortgage and it has helped million of people worldwide. Living abroad I thought is easy, I thought that people are living in luxury because of the difference of our economies. I dreamed of living abroad, far from my family since I was in grade school. Maybe we also have to consider looking into the positive side of the road.

It's my 2nd year today of celebrating or be included in this season's MOTHER's Day.I couldn't believe that I am a mother now,the days are fresh and I am still finding it strange to be called a MOTHER.

There are many things that are good to buy in shops today.I thought of presenting our friend Merle' today.We went to their house once but couldn't remember the way going there by bus because Alaister picked and dropped us.Maybe if we go by taxi.It's 16:16 here and Shady just came back from work.I dont know if we can still make it.Shiela hasn't bathe and he is upset to the MOMI.I completely forgot that it's Sunday today.I never been to church.Got up from bed at 12 and decided to be just around here do some cleaning and washing.

Whitewater rafting

Watching sports TV made me missed my home land especially when I saw speed boats racing. I am from an island and living around water is heaven to me. I missed the water and the seafood’s that we used to just picked while having fungi maybe surrounded by sea water but haven't been ridden a jet ski or a raft that most of the friend from neighbouring towns have. The other side of my town are mountains so falls are never out of sight there. They make rafts out of bamboos which I feel is full of fun. Since I came here I never have been into the sea.

I's not surprising that I am not good in typing or a fast typist. The speed of a typist is just amazing to me.I memorize some of the character's placing, I dont need to look at the screen when typing some usual words but when those complicated ones come,sorry to me.This could be the reason too that I am always left behind when typing the captch,oissst hahaha.
