Life in different country-written by Shady

Non-national,alien or foreigner,my title.That applies to anybody here that is not a citizen.I have been away from home for 5 years now.I'd never visited there since I came here.

Cameroon is not all that far from here.It only takes 9 hours which is half a journey compared to Philippines that I've visited twice after marrying my wife.I miss my home.I miss the food,the weather,the people and my valued culture and tradition.I miss the moments where people are all happy,united as one.Since I came here,I never had such encounter.Ireland has millions of non-nationals from different part of the world.Everywhere you see is different types of people.I made friends but of course,each and everyone is busy.I am sociable but only if I get enough time.I have to work too.The aspect that made my life different is my race.Racial discrimination is everywhere,I know.But,I am an African.I felt that when people looked at me,they underestimate me.I felt like,I am dishonored.How many people feel the same way as I do?I once came accrossed with a group of teenagers.They were yelling at me,laughing.I know what they want.They don't welcome me and hated me because I am black.Of course,I have to be humble.This is not my country.I went straightb to where I'm heading,hearing nothing.

In my country,foreigners are welcome.We respect each and everyone.That's why life in a different country is really different.
